Returns & Exchanges Policy

We like satisfied customers! Except for custom, personalized or Special Order items, if for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it in new, unused condition, in it’s original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a credit or exchange! No returns (unless defective) will be accepted thereafter. Simply print out & complete the Customer Return Form & return item(s) to the address on the form!

Saddle Trial Returns - If the trial saddle does not satisfy your needs, you may return it after your trial period.  Your credit card will be refunded the saddle amount, less shipping costs.  We request that you return the saddle via traceable carrier, such as UPS or FedEx, insured, to:

Please follow these instructions when returning the trial saddle:

  • If possible, use the shipping box and materials your saddle arrived in.
  • Carefully place the saddle in the box, pad the pommel and cantle to protect them from damage, and use plastic, bubble wrap, or newspaper for filler.
  • Include a completed Customer Return Form, so we may apply the credit.
  • Clearly print your return address on the box.
