Personal information you provide to us while creating or updating your account*, and at checkout (ie: name, address, telephone number, email address, billing address, ship-to address and credit card information) is maintained in private files on our secure web server and on our internal systems.

We offer those who sign-up for our email list advanced notice of sales, new items, store events and other Paddock Saddlery news. Email addresses collected at paddocksaddlery.com are only used internally. We respect your privacy rights and will not sell or rent your email address to other companies – ever! PAYMENTS
For your convenience, we accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. Please make sure to give us complete and accurate information so that we may process your order without delay.
If you prefer to pay by check or Money Order, you may! Just browse online, place your items in your Shopping Cart, and instead of submitting your order, just print it out and mail it to us with your payment! If you mail us your order with a personal check, please allow additional time for check verification service and include driver’s license number and state of issue on your check that is pre-printed with your name, address and check number. We subscribe to Bounce Back® Electronic Check Verification & Recovery Systems.

PRICING
We make every effort to ensure that all prices in the Paddock Saddlery online store are accurate. We try to maintain prices, but due to currency fluctuations, prices are subject to change without notice. And although we strive for perfection, we may inadvertently enter an incorrect price. Should this occur, when your order is processed the error will be identified and handled as follows:
If the price of the item you purchased is actually lower than the online listed price, we automatically make the adjustment and charge the lesser amount to your credit card.
If the price of the item you purchased is higher than the online listed price, your order will be processed, including the item in question, at the higher price. Once your order arrives, should you not wish to keep this item, please contact our Customer Service and we will arrange for the return shipment as well as a refund to your credit card.
Saddle Trial Period
We offer a generous 3-day trial period that begins the day you receive the trial saddle. There is an additional $40 Shipping fee for each saddle.
Please note that saddle trials are for the CONTINENTAL US ONLY. Saddles shipped to AK, HI, or internationally will be considered FINAL SALE.
During the trial period, please take care to keep the saddle in the condition you have received it. Please note the following items:
- For NEW saddles, please wrap your leathers (halter fuzzies or knee socks work great!). This will prevent marking of the flaps.
- Please use a girth with stainless steel roller buckles, to prevent scraping of billets.
- Please take a brief ride, to get an idea of how the saddle fits both you and your horse. It is a good idea to try a new-to-you saddle with a horse who has been warmed up, so the back muscles are ready to work!
- We can provide telephone and/or e-mail consultations to ensure your satisfaction with the fit and comfort of your trial saddle. We encourage you to talk with your instructor or trainer to assist you in the evaluation.
- Please advise us within 3 days, as to your decision to keep or return the saddle.
Saddle Trial Returns - If the trial saddle does not satisfy your needs, you may return it after your trial period. Your credit card will be refunded the saddle amount, less shipping costs. We request that you return the saddle via traceable carrier, such as UPS or FedEx, insured, to:

Please follow these instructions when returning the trial saddle:
- If possible, use the shipping box and materials your saddle arrived in.
- Carefully place the saddle in the box, pad the pommel and cantle to protect them from damage, and use plastic, bubble wrap, or newspaper for filler.
- Include a completed Customer Return Form, so we may apply the credit.
- Clearly print your return address on the box.
