Paddock Cakes are freshly made in the USA with only the best ingredients - no flour, corn meal, corn syrup, raisin paste or other additives. There are no processed ingredients in the batter. We use high-grade rolled barey, rolled oats, cracked corn, and wheat bran. We mix in apples and flaxseed to help give horses an shiny coat, mane and tail! Unlike some other treats, Paddock Cakes are not overloaded with molasses. We use a conservative amount of unsulfered cane molasses, which a little goes a long way, and leaves a lot of room for a small candy topper!
